Preframed is operated by StepItUpHR (stepituphr.com). By using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Content ownership

All content on this website — including the question templates, generated questions, page copy, and design — is owned by StepItUpHR and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

3. Your licence to use content

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-commercial licence to use the content generated by Preframed to improve your own meetings and your organisation's working practices. You may not resell, sublicence, or otherwise exploit this content commercially.

4. Your account

You sign in via a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that misuse the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Preframed to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or deceptive, and not to attempt to probe, attack, or disrupt the service.

6. No warranties

Preframed is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any generated content.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be announced by posting an updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Preframed after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
