1. What we collect

We collect only your email address. Nothing else.

2. Why we keep it

Your email address serves two purposes:

• Login. We use it to send you a magic link so you can sign in without a password.
• Data key. It identifies your account and ties you to the question sets you have generated, so they are still there when you return.

3. What we will never do with your email

We will not sell, share, rent, divulge, or otherwise profit from your email address. We will not send you marketing emails. We will not pass it to third parties.

4. How your data is stored

Your email address and question sets are stored in a private database hosted within our infrastructure. We take reasonable technical precautions to protect this data.

5. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as you have an account. If you would like your data deleted, contact us and we will remove it.

6. Third-party services

We use Brevo to deliver login emails. Your email address is transmitted to Brevo solely for that purpose. We use OpenRouter to generate questions — your department name is sent to their API, but your email address is not.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be announced by posting an updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
